Half-Day Workshops (2–4 hours)

Interactive, practical sessions that create lasting change.

Workshops include:

  • A somatic or grounding opening exercise

  • Education grounded in health science

  • Practical tools teams can use immediately

  • Groyp coaching and accountability

  • Space for reflection, discussion and integration

Workplace Yoga Sessions

Accessible, beginner-friendly classes to help staff unwind, reset, and reconnect. These can be offered as one-offs or a series at your workplace or a nearby yoga studio.
