How to Manifest Whatever YOU Want

We all read ‘The Secret’ back in 2006 right? That was the first time I ever heard of The Law of Attraction, and boy was I intrigued. It seemed like magic - how could just thinking about something make it come true?


The Law of Attraction is about manifesting what you want in life. The idea is that your thoughts and beliefs can shape your reality, and by focusing on what you want, you can attract it. While it may sound like magic, there is actually a scientific basis to this concept. In fact, studies have shown that positive thinking can improve your overall well-being and lead to greater success in life.


But how exactly do you go about manifesting what you want? Here are a few tips to get started:


  • Get clear on what you want. Before you can manifest your desires, you need to know exactly what those desires are. Take some time to reflect on what you truly want in life. Write it down, create a vision board, or simply meditate on it. The important thing is to get clear on your goals and aspirations.


  • Believe that it's possible. One of the key aspects of the law of attraction is believing that what you want is possible. If you don't believe that you can achieve your goals, it's unlikely that you will. So, work on cultivating a sense of belief and optimism.


  • Visualize your success. Visualization is a powerful tool for manifesting what you want. Close your eyes and imagine yourself achieving your goals. What does it feel like? What does it look like? Use all of your senses to create a vivid mental picture of your success.


  • Take inspired action. While positive thinking is important, it's not enough on its own. You also need to take action toward your goals. This doesn't mean forcing things to happen, but rather taking steps that feel aligned with your vision. Trust your intuition and take inspired action.


My all-time favourite book on this topic is "Into the Magic Shop" by James Doty. In this memoir, Doty shares his personal journey of overcoming a difficult childhood and discovering the power of mindfulness and visualization. It's such an inspiring read and provides practical tools for cultivating a positive mindset and achieving your goals.


Manifesting what you want is not about simply wishing for things to happen. It's about taking an active role in creating your reality and believing that you deserve to achieve your dreams. With patience, persistence, and a positive mindset, you can manifest the life you truly desire and that's just what I'm doing - watch this space.
