Over the past six months I've been working with Shelley on a holistic approach to mental health and self wellbeing. I can honestly say that it's been amazing learning about breathing techniques, mantra, meditation and so many other ways to introduce me to my spiritual side.
I'm all for therapy and medication if you need it, but it's also nice to have a whole lot more tools in the box to use to help benefit my mental health and wellbeing.
